"We don't have any sweet ones and don't ask us, you'll just piss us off" says the sign on the wine boxes that you'll see right after entering Jaroslav Osička's painted cellar in Velké Bílovice.
The entire Osička family takes care of 3 hectares of vineyards. They bottle around ten thousand bottles a year. However, in Moravia, where they are made, they are almost never sold. On the contrary, you can order Jaroslav Osička's wines in the most prestigious restaurants around the world.
Jarda Osička doesn't want to "produce" the wine, but rather helps it in its creation, which is why he only slightly directs it so as not to suppress the vintage and soil differences. The wines mature in wooden barrels on fine lees and remain for 12-36 months with occasional stirring.
The entire Osiček family tells us about all this together. In addition to Jaroslav, his wife Věnceslava and son Luboš will also arrive. Together, we will prepare a cross-section of the current and non-current offer for you, taste something from the barrel and maybe try something that is not yet, or has not been, on the market
Guided tasting. The price includes approximately 8 samples, water, sourdough bread.

The history of his Bílovice cellar dates back to the 17th century. He labels his "true to nature wines" with the letter A - as in Autentisté.
