We have prepared a tasting for you of a winery that we love very much and which always disappears from our shelves before you can say "Ma-ta-ssa".

In 2001, South African native Tom Lubbe founded the Domaine Matassa winery in the southernmost region of France on the border with Spain. In the Roussillon region, he grows typical varieties for this area. All this at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level and with a very low production, which is processed by hand.

This will be a guided tasting, mainly of the 2019 vintage.
The price includes approximately 9 samples, water, sourdough bread.
