A boutique winery from Hnanice in the Znojmo region that does things its own way. No mass production, no shortcuts—just honest work in the vineyard, time in the cellar, and the belief that good things can’t be rushed.
The Špetíci farm organically and have been fully committed to biodynamics in recent years—they are members of the Demeter association. In the vineyard, this means minimal intervention, no chemicals, and maximum respect for the land. The grapes thus have a chance to show where they truly come from: the Znojmo region, Hnanice, a specific vineyard plot, a specific vintage. No anonymity.
In the cellar, this is followed by an equally straightforward approach: spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulfur, no unnecessary interventions. No cosmetic touches, no smoothing out. Just juice, time, and natural processes.
The result is wines that are neither sterile nor predictable. They are lively, energetic, and always authentic. Wines that have character and bear the mark of the people behind them.
