Hi, I'm Lukáš and 3 years ago I started making my first natural ciders, don't you know me yet? I'm at the beginning of my "pro" career. I fell in love with ciders in 2018, when by chance I got a job as a cider maker in New Zealand and from that moment on I knew what I wanted to do in life! At this event I won't be pouring alone, my friend Michal will be presenting with me, with whom I make ciders together. We make ciders purely naturally, without using artificial aids, without sulfur, without filtration. We pick all the apples ourselves from unsprayed trees. You can look forward to many variants of ciders - apple blends, singles, ciders from stainless steel, barrique barrels and qvevri, co-ferments with wine. With bubbles, or still.
