Bruyere-Houillon - Ploussard 2021
France | Jura | red
Ploussard, as it should be. Lively, delicate and irresistibly juicy, exactly in the spirit of the best of Pupillin – a village that is inextricably linked to this varietal gem. Behind this wine are Renaud Bruyere and Adeline Houillon, a couple who drew inspiration directly from the legend – Pierre Overnoy. Their approach to wine is pure, natural and deeply rooted in respect for the vine and the landscape.

Domaine Renaud Bruyere and Adeline Houillon farm 4 hectares of mostly old vines in the picturesque village of Pupillin. They gained experience with the best winemakers in the region, including Pierre Overnoy, and in 2011 they produced their first own wines. Within a few years they have become one of the iconic wineries of the Jura region. Their unmistakable wines are full of life and energy. We are very proud of our new collaboration with these very humble and friendly people, their wines are among our most popular, not only from the Jura region. We have a very limited quantity available for consumption only in our bar HokusPokus winebar&tapas, so come quickly, they probably won't warm up for long with us.
