In 2001, Didier Grappe graduated from wine school in Beaune, Burgundy. That year he began working on his first vineyards. In 2007, he became an Ecocert certified organic farmer. What sets Didier Grappe apart is his hard work and dedication to his vineyards. He says that good wine begins in the vineyard. Didier's vines are a tribute to nature. His vines are home to various bird nests, spiders and rabbits, and a variety of other animal creatures. His winery respects the environment. He uses no chemical treatments. Didier has a passion and desire to produce natural wines. No yeast, no tannins, no correction. Just grapes. His wines are not at all or only slightly sulfurized.
