Domaine Houillon is a French natural winery located in the picturesque Rhone Valley, specifically at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Winemakers Aurélien and Charlotte Houillon focus on producing authentic wines that respect the nature and terroir of the region. In order to preserve the purity and naturalness of the wine, they manage their vineyards without the use of pesticides and chemicals, thus creating wines with a minimal sulfur content and without filtration.
Aurélien Houillon comes from the Jura region and gained his experience in making natural wines under the guidance of master Pierre Overnoy. In 2007, he became a partner in Domaine Pierre Overnoy.
