characteristic white cuvée from the Jura that pays homage to the depth and authenticity of the Savagnin variety, processed without ostentation. The light yellow color with golden reflections suggests a wine with tension and structure. The aroma reveals precise notes of ripe apple, pear and lemon peel, complemented by dried flowers and a hint of wet stone. With aeration, more complex nuances of fresh walnut, almond and a subtle smoky undertone develop, typical of Savagnin vinified with sensitivity. The expression is deep, expressive and pure, without heavy oxidativeness. The wine seems serious, authentic and self-confident from the first sniff.

The La Grappa family winery operates on 5 hectares of vineyards in the vicinity of picturesque Arbois. It focuses on typical varieties for the terroir: Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trosseau. The winery is run in the Demeter biodynamic regime and the whole family is involved in the operation - Aurélie, wife Julien, daughter Alice and son Léon. Although they have been on the wine scene for a short time, an even greater dose of enthusiasm, passion and love can be felt in their wines.
