Domaine Saint-Cyr - Beaujolais Terroir de Bellevue 2023

Terroir de Bellevue 2023 is a superb natural red wine from Beaujolais, embodying the traditional methods of cultivation and vinification of the family winery Domaine Saint-Cyr. This vintage is produced from 70-year-old vines growing on a terroir rich in clay and limestone soils, which gives the wine a unique minerality and depth. After fermentation, the wine was manually pressed using a vertical wooden press, a traditional technique that gently extracts the maximum of flavors. The wine was aged for 6 months in concrete tanks, which gave it a fresh, clean texture and elegant mineral undertones.
