After the released version When life gives you LEMONS, make CARBONIC SAUVIGNON BLANC from them, comes a boozy red variant! "When life gives you LEMONS, make CARBONIC PINOT NOIR from them" PN Lemon is a pleasant, not only summer Pinot. Pinot Noir was planted only in 1991 on sandy soil. The vineyard route is so close to Lake Neusiedl that the soil is full of sand from the lake shore. After six days of carbonic maceration in a plastic vat, skin-contact took place for another 16 days, after which the wine was pressed into oak barrels. The wine was bottled by hand without adding sulfur.

A family winery with a 500-year history. Marie and Alexander started in 2011 when they took over the vineyards from their parents and went straight to the natural regime. (Until then, the parents had rather resold the grapes to other winemakers).
They do everything themselves. They try to involve as few machines as possible in every step of the process. They farm 6 hectares of vineyards. Alex works in the vineyard and Marie takes care of the business.
The wines are completely free of anything extra, nature itself. Very energetic, spontaneous wines. Exactly the way we like them :)
