Sparkling heart. A wine in which we wanted to capture the unbridled youth and energy that it has during its transformation in the cellar. And what a ride it was! The first attempt in 2012 turned into a small explosion - literally. Too high residual sugar, five thousand bottles and a cellar that turned into an ammunition depot. After a few hectoliters lost in the canal, we learned more than enough - and a second attempt five years later? Pure joy. Juicy energy in a bottle. Danger is a field blend from the sandy Sahara vineyard: ?? Neuburg for character, ?? Müller-Thurgau for volume, ?? Muscat for aroma and zest. An incredibly drinkable pét-nat that got its name spontaneously - exactly at the moment when we were enjoying that energy at the switchboard with the warning "Danger 380 V". Coincidence? We don't think so.

Milan Nestarec is a Czech natural star. His wines have so much life, vitality and originality that they have outgrown the borders of the Czech Republic and are sought after all over the world. This is also reflected in the fact that he exports 95% of his wines abroad. Milan was an apprentice of Aleš Kristančič from the Movia winery.

The vineyards are located in the wine-growing villages of Moravský Žižkov and Velké Bílovice. The winery itself is located on the outskirts of Velké Bílovice.

His motto is "Wine from grapes. Nothing more.", so the wines are without any other additives. He works in the vineyards without chemicals and the grapes repay his care with their quality. In the cellar, all wines ferment spontaneously and are mostly vinified in wooden barrels. Milan is a member of the Autentiste charter, which unites winemakers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia with the same opinion on environmentally friendly wine production.

Milan was our guest in April 2019, when he arrived with Thir from Tábor.
