This wine is the embodiment of Milan's long-standing mission to find and present the true identity of Neuburger in our region. Once a traditional local variety, it is now increasingly rare, able to beautifully express the terroir, but does not like modern winemaking. This variety often needs enough time and space, but it is worth it.
The wine is based on Neuburger, but there is 5% Malvasia. It is from 25-year-old vineyard lines with a loess-rich subsoil. After harvesting, semi-carbonic maceration took place for seven days, the wine matured in a 3000l oak barrel for approximately two years.

Milan Nestarec is a Czech natural star. His wines have so much life, vitality and originality that they have outgrown the borders of the Czech Republic and are sought after all over the world. This is also reflected in the fact that he exports 95% of his wines abroad. Milan was an apprentice of Aleš Kristančič from the Movia winery.
The vineyards are located in the wine-growing villages of Moravský Žižkov and Velké Bílovice. The winery itself is located on the outskirts of Velké Bílovice.
His motto is "Wine from grapes. Nothing more.", so the wines are without any other additives. He works in the vineyards without chemicals and the grapes repay his care with their quality. In the cellar, all wines ferment spontaneously and are mostly vinified in wooden barrels. Milan is a member of the Autentiste charter, which unites winemakers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia with the same opinion on environmentally friendly wine production.
Milan was our guest in April 2019, when he arrived with Thir from Tábor.
