Pinot Noir from a vineyard planted 15 years ago with sandy soil. Semi-carbonically macerated, very lively. Matured in older 450l oak barrels. Bottled 8 months after harvest directly from the coarse lees. On the label: Lester Horton (1906-1953) - American dancer known for his unlimited, dramatic freedom of expression, based on various dance techniques from Native American to Japanese styles.
