A red field blend, built primarily on Frankovka, St. Lawrence and Zweigelt. The vines bear a larger number of grapes with small berries, where the skin prevails over the juice, which is significantly reflected in the character of the wine after a short maceration. In the glass it is a juicy, fruity red with notes of cherries, plums and blackberries, medium structure and a slightly rustic appearance. In addition, the wine was created without the addition of sulfur and has a very authentic feel.

Petr Koráb - a trained chef, a qualified lawyer and above all an excellent winemaker. After studying law in Prague, he missed his native village and returned to Moravia. In Boleradice, he manages vineyards according to biodynamic rules. He treats the vineyards only with natural preparations, and raises goats and sheep. The winery was founded in 2006 with the aim of focusing on older vineyards, which Petr gradually acquired. The average age of the bushes in the vineyards on loess and limestone subsoil ranges from 20 to 80 years. His wines are spontaneously fermented, without external intervention, clarification and filtration. Currently, Petr Koráb wants to go mainly on the path of sparkling wines and petnats.
