Renaud Boyer - Coteaux Bourguignons En Attendant Riaux 2020
France | Burgundy | red
A very fruity Pinot Noir from Burgundy. The wine is delicate, elegant, yet full-bodied, has not been clarified, filtered, and is unsulfurized. It will age wonderfully in the bottle!

Renaud Boyer, originally a trained engineer from Meursault, took over the winery from his uncle Thierry Guyot. Thierry Guyot was an organic enthusiast who had worked his vineyards completely chemical-free since the 1980s. The influence of legends such as Pierre Overnoy and Philippe Jambon motivated Renaud to work without compromise. The vineyards are divided between Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet and Saint Romain.
