Vysoký 2022 is a red wine that has been aged for two years in large oak barrels. This ageing has given it a firm structure, depth and balanced character without suppressing its natural freshness. On the palate it is concentrated and harmonious, with fine tannins and a clean expression that highlights the origin of the grapes and the place where it comes from. It is a wine that needs a little time to breathe, and will reward the patient taster with its complexity and elegance.

Richard Stávek's winery is one of the most prominent names on the Czech natural scene. This pioneer of authentic wine operates in the village of Němčičky in South Moravia, where he is dedicated to natural agriculture in the full sense of the word - from old vineyards, through orchards and fields to sheep farming.

His 5 hectares of vineyards produce honest natural wines without additives, often as field blends - i.e. mixtures of different varieties from one vineyard that ferment and mature together. Macerated white wines ("oranges") with a long maturation period in the bottle, which gives the wines depth, complexity and character, are also typical.

Richard Stávek's wines are not commonly available - he chooses only a narrow circle of partners. That is why you will find them more often in Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Degustation or world icons such as Noma in Copenhagen, than in classic wine shops.

Each bottle is exceptional - in terms of location, vintage and the winemaker's signature. Discover Czech natural wine that follows its own path.
