This natural Champagne comes from a vineyard line planted in 1960 near the villages of Noé-les-Mallets and Ville-sur-Arc. The nose reveals smoky notes typical of marl rocks accompanied by notes of blackcurrant, plum, violet, quince, lemon and pomelo. This is complemented by bread notes with a hint of almond and hazelnut. The wine is full with a creamy effervescence, balanced by marl-limestone minerality that gives it structure. The Cordeuil couple have been making wine since 2011, and since 2015 purely biodynamically. Annual production is 10,000 bottles. These winemakers place great emphasis on time and the natural cycle, which is reflected in all phases. The vineyards have time to regenerate after the harvest, respecting their vegetative rest, the grapes have time to ripen, fill with sugar, be harvested at the optimal moment and create a must with good balance, always naturally, thanks to natural yeasts. All wines are then aged for 4-5 years.
