The wine comes from the wine-growing village of Kobylí. The grapes were grown organically and fermentation took place spontaneously, without the use of selected yeasts. The wine was then aged in oak barrels, where it gained structure, depth and a subtle woody character. The result is an authentic expression with natural balance and expression of the place of origin.
