The wine was created by combining the Sauvignon Blanc, Müller Thurgau and Neuburger varieties. The grapes come from organically grown vineyards and the entire fermentation process took place spontaneously, without the use of selected yeasts. The wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels, where it gained depth, structure and subtle complexity. The result is an authentic expression of the terroir with a natural character and a harmonious finish.
