The wine is a cuvée of the varieties Modrý Portugal, Dornfelder and Zweigeltrebe. It comes from the wine-growing village of Kobylí. The grapes were grown organically and fermentation took place spontaneously, without the use of selected yeasts. The wine was then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, where it gained depth, structure and harmonious complexity. The result is an authentic red wine with a natural character and expression of the place of origin.
