Frankovka was created with minimal intervention in the cellar. It fermented spontaneously, without the use of enzymes, clarification and other unnecessary treatments. It was aged for twelve months in older oak barrels, then bottled without added sulfur and then rested in the bottle for two more years before being released on the market. The result is a juicy, medium-bodied Frankovka with pure varietal expression, lively energy and natural balance.
