The Veltliner comes from the wine-growing village of Kobylí. The grapes were grown organically and the wine fermented spontaneously, without the use of selected yeasts. It was then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, where it gained depth, structure and subtle complexity. The result is a wine with an authentic expression, natural balance and the expression of the place from which it comes.
