The wine comes from the wine-growing village of Kobylí. The grapes were grown organically and the fermentation took place spontaneously, without the use of selected yeasts. The wine was then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, where it gained depth, structure and subtle complexity. The result is an authentic expression with a natural balance and the character of the place from which it comes.
