Welcome to the República Independiente del Verdejo under the leadership of President Ismael Gozal! Ismael, the main face of Microbio Wines, represents the fifth generation of winemakers in the municipality of Nieva in the Segovia region (80 km north of Madrid). The vineyards are dominated by sandy soil (along with clay, slate, limestone and pebbles) and pine forest around the bushes. The vineyards are located at an altitude of between 800-900 meters and are organically managed with as little intervention as possible. They have never come into contact with any chemicals. Microbio Wines is the newest addition to our stable. A bit of Spanish hot-bloodedness and charisma will be passed on to you by our stallion Robert Schwan :-)

The price of the tasting includes 8 wine samples, sourdough bread to nibble on and water.
Guided tasting led by the owner of HokusPokus Robert Schwan.
