When two iconic Jura varieties – Chardonnay and Savagnin – come together, the result is a wine that is as elegant as it is wild, full of tension, structure and energy. And when it is created by Renaud Bruy?re and Adeline Houillon, you know you are holding something special in your hands. This 2020 cuvée combines the roundness and finesse of Chardonnay with the spiciness and minerality of Savagnin. The result is a wine that constantly transforms in the glass and invites further discovery. Natural, unfiltered, full of character.

Domaine Renaud Bruyere and Adeline Houillon farm 4 hectares of mostly old vines in the picturesque village of Pupillin. They gained experience with the best winemakers in the region, including Pierre Overnoy, and in 2011 they produced their first own wines. Within a few years they have become one of the iconic wineries of the Jura region. Their unmistakable wines are full of life and energy. We are very proud of our new collaboration with these very humble and friendly people, their wines are among our most popular, not only from the Jura region. We have a very limited quantity available for consumption only in our bar HokusPokus winebar&tapas, so come quickly, they probably won't warm up for long with us.
