This natural orange wine is made from organically farmed vineyards and is made without chemicals or additives. The Chardonnay grapes were first fermented and aged on their skins for 9 months in traditional Georgian qvevri vessels, giving the wine depth, structure and a distinct minerality. This was followed by 12 months of aging on the lees in new oak barrels, adding complex notes of spice, ripe fruit and nuts. The result is an elegant wine with a full flavor, rich texture and a long finish.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
