A unique PET-NAT from the Pinot Noir variety! Créme de Pinot Noir 2022 began its journey as a still wine Pinot St. Martin 2022. Since then, it has fermented into a pet-nat. The wine is fermented and matured on its own yeast in the bottle, which gives it a fruity-mineral aroma and a full taste with a pronounced mineral expression.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
