The grapes come from the varieties Müller Thurgau, Italian Riesling and Rhine Riesling from the Podyjí National Park. The wine matured for 12 months in older 225l oak barrels. The wine's expression is very mineral with a predominance of quartz, gently tannic.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
