Dry white wine from four Burgundy varieties – Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. The grapes were not macerated, yet the wine has a pinkish tinge thanks to the Pinot Noir and Gris grapes. All varieties matured for 20 months together on their own yeasts in older oak barrels (225 and 500 l). Prepared without chemicals and additives, unfiltered, with a natural expression.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
