This natural orange wine from the Riesling grape variety was produced organically and offers an unmistakable character. The grapes were macerated on the skins for 9 months in a traditional Georgian qvevri vessel, which gave the wine an intense aroma and rich texture. The wine was then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, which highlighted its complexity and brought out subtle notes of spice, honey and citrus. The result is a wine with a pronounced minerality and a long, balanced finish.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
