As stated on the label itself "Provocation with tenderness". This unique interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc comes from a biodynamic vineyard in the heart of the Podyjí National Park, where 40-year-old bushes give the grapes extraordinary depth and character. The wine matured for 20 months in 500-liter oak barrels using the sur lie method, which gave it richness and complexity. Prepared without chemicals and added additives, with an emphasis on maximum naturalness. The label design is the work of painter Elaine Lóre, whose art reflects the soul of this wine

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
