This exceptional cuvée combines the best of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is only produced in exceptional vintages, when all the varieties blend perfectly. It has been aged for 21 months in 500-liter oak barrels using the sur lie method, which gives it a unique depth and elegance. Free from chemicals and added additives, this wine celebrates purity and naturalness. The label design by Elaine Lóre underlines its sophistication.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
