free-form blend without additives, in which the iconic duo of Chardonnay and Savagnin acquires a distinctly mineral character. Chardonnay gives the wine body and roundness, Savagnin tension and energy - together they faithfully reflect the calcareous soils of the Côte du Jura. The aroma reveals notes of fresh walnut, yellow apple and a subtle hint of damp stone. On the palate, fullness combines with liveliness, the slightly creamy texture is balanced by a long, salty line on the finish. An energetic and lively wine that combines the freshness of the Jura with the delicacy of maturation.

The La Grappa family winery operates on 5 hectares of vineyards in the vicinity of picturesque Arbois. It focuses on typical varieties for the terroir: Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trosseau. The winery is run in the Demeter biodynamic regime and the whole family is involved in the operation - Aurélie, wife Julien, daughter Alice and son Léon. Although they have been on the wine scene for a short time, an even greater dose of enthusiasm, passion and love can be felt in their wines.
