Domaine La Grappa - Ploussard Les Sarres 2023
A light but surprisingly complex Ploussard from vineyards planted in 1989 on red marl and limestone at an altitude of 350 meters. A month of maceration gives the wine a delicate structure, fresh fruitiness and mineral depth.

The La Grappa family winery operates on 5 hectares of vineyards in the vicinity of picturesque Arbois. It focuses on typical varieties for the terroir: Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trosseau. The winery is run in the Demeter biodynamic regime and the whole family is involved in the operation - Aurélie, wife Julien, daughter Alice and son Léon. Although they have been on the wine scene for a short time, an even greater dose of enthusiasm, passion and love can be felt in their wines.
