This 100% Savagnin comes from over 50-year-old vineyards rooted in marl and dolomite soils. Fermented with natural yeasts and aged in 228-liter barrels without filtration or fining, the wine offers incredible purity and fascinating complexity.

The La Grappa family winery operates on 5 hectares of vineyards in the vicinity of picturesque Arbois. It focuses on typical varieties for the terroir: Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trosseau. The winery is run in the Demeter biodynamic regime and the whole family is involved in the operation - Aurélie, wife Julien, daughter Alice and son Léon. Although they have been on the wine scene for a short time, an even greater dose of enthusiasm, passion and love can be felt in their wines.
