Fresh elderflower is added to 100% birch sap during fermentation and the drink is then slowly aged in cellar conditions. The aroma and taste can evoke memories of childhood, when elderberries fermented outside my grandmother's window. The resulting expression carries fresh acidity, a gentle bitterness and a strong refreshment. In addition, its complexity can be found in tones reminiscent of natural orange wines.

Honza Klimeš bottles natural birch sap around Bezděčín. To make it not "boring", he starts macerating products that you definitely don't expect in birch sap. The surprise is all the bigger and more delicious! The whole experience is enhanced by the absence of alcohol - yes, you read that right, we also like to drink something that has 0% alc. :-)
We recommend: when thirsty, just like that, when you're driving, while driving, in the morning when you're not feeling well.
