During maceration, fermented apple peels of Dabinet and Strýmka varieties, which grow in Bezděčín right under the producer's windows, are added to the 100% birch sap. These slightly bitter cider varieties give the sap a slightly astringent character, notes of ripe apples and natural freshness. The result is a non-alcoholic, slightly sparkling drink reminiscent of cider.

Honza Klimeš bottles natural birch sap around Bezděčín. To make it not "boring", he starts macerating products that you definitely don't expect in birch sap. The surprise is all the bigger and more delicious! The whole experience is enhanced by the absence of alcohol - yes, you read that right, we also like to drink something that has 0% alc. :-)
We recommend: when thirsty, just like that, when you're driving, while driving, in the morning when you're not feeling well.
