An exceptional wine from Alsace, made from Riesling grapes grown on sandstone soils in the prestigious Muenchberg Grand Cru region. After hand-harvesting and careful processing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks, where the wine matures for 18 months on fine yeasts. This Riesling is characterized by a perfect balance between freshness, minerality and complex fruit tones.

Alsatian Patrick Meyer presents himself as a farmer-winemaker, claiming to seek the minerality of his soil and the identity of his terroirs. Rebellious and passionate, he proceeds in his own way - without concessions. He offers elegant and high-quality wines without refinement and unnecessary additives. Patrick Meyer took over the family vineyards (Julien MEYER) in 1982. He very quickly redirected them to organic farming. They are now certified Ecocert and Demeter. Various terroirs stretch around Nothalten in Bas-Rhin at the foot of the Vosges. Heinsenberg, Heisenstein, Muenchberg, Zellberg and Grittermatte consist of different soils - gneiss, clay, slate and sand.
