The elegant and perfectly matured Riesling from Petr Koráb from Boleradice shows how well this often underestimated variety can express the Moravian terroir. The wine is juicy, precisely balanced and built on a pronounced minerality that permeates the entire expression. In the aroma and taste you will find ripe citrus, white stone fruit, a delicate touch of meadow honey and a slightly salty finish that gives the wine energy and drinkability.
