France | Burgundy | red
Fascinating Saint-Romain Rouge - dominated by wild berries and blackberries. Very complex. Very fresh, fruity, mineral.

Renaud Boyer, originally a trained engineer from Meursault, took over the winery from his uncle Thierry Guyot. Thierry Guyot was an organic enthusiast who had worked his vineyards completely chemical-free since the 1980s. The influence of legends such as Pierre Overnoy and Philippe Jambon motivated Renaud to work without compromise. The vineyards are divided between Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet and Saint Romain.
