Intense aroma of red fruit, ripe cherries, sour cherries, currants, red forest fruits on the nose. Medium-bodied, exceptionally fresh and juicy in the mouth thanks to pleasant acidity. Baskets of ripe red fruit on the tongue. As a result, excellent refreshing summer red-pink bubbles. An unconventional blend - a great result! Grapes harvested from vineyards managed in a certified Organic regime. Lavřinec was vinified as a still wine with spontaneous fermentation in a vat, after which the wine was transferred to a 2000 liter stainless steel tank. Fermented must of Walnut Riesling with an optimal level of residual sugar was added to the still Lavřinec. The wine was then bottled and sealed with a crown. Fermentation continued in the bottle, where the gradual natural decomposition of sugar into alcohol and bubbles - carbon dioxide took place.

The name of the winery contains the date of the first preserved written mention of wine production in the village of Strekov. It is a symbol expressing loyalty to traditions, nature and values in cultivation, and in the creation of Strekov wine. This number is also written on the labels and on the Zsolt House. Slovak-Hungarian Zsolt Sütö is the first Slovak natural winemaker to make a name for himself in the world. He farms a 12-hectare vineyard in an ecological regime. He prefers old varieties - Riesling Wlašský, Veltliner Grüner, Modrý Portugal, Frankovka modrá and Svatovavřinecké. He also focuses on new varieties - Dunaj, Devín and Alibernet.

Zsolt's wines go back to the past, to ancient methods of cultivation and production. The grapes are harvested by hand. They are not fermented or filtered in the cellar. The wine ferments without stirring in barrels and in open vats. Long maturation on sediment without sulfur is a guarantee of wines with a strong terroir character. The style of wines produced in the so-called Kakheti way - maturation under the flora and filling together with sediment without sulfur, represents a return to the oldest method of production. The vineyards are located on the terraces of the Pohronská pahorkatina. The upper layer is clay-loam on marine deposits. Sandstone and limestone granite.
