A Chardonnay unlike anything you could have ever dreamed of. And maybe that's why you'll love it. 100% Chardonnay from the south of Beaujolais, organically grown, hand-harvested, vinified in Rotalier near Maylis. And the result? Wonderful complexity and tension. On the nose you'll find honey, yellow apple and clementine, on the palate you'll find fine tannins, juicy acidity and a luscious, buttery finish. Long, layered, exceptional.

Maylis Bernard is behind the Zeroine winery from the small village of Rotalier in the French Jura region. Ohh, wait?! Yes, it's a project of the Ganevat family! The energetic Maylis is the wife of Jean-Francois Ganevat and his flair is more than evident in the wines - although he claims that he doesn't talk to his wife about it at all. :-)
