Natural sparkling wine from the Müller Thurgau, Riesling and Wlašský varieties. The wine ferments and matures on its own yeast in the bottle. Due to the ongoing process and pressure, the wine is closed with a crown cap. The wine is not filtered. The aroma is bread-mineral, the taste is pleasant and full with a dominant mineral expression. They are delicious at any time of day and year. You will gradually want to have them for breakfast.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
