Ruby wine from blue Pinot Noir grapes is made in Znojmo - Nový Šaldorf by selecting very ripe grapes. Vineyard Znojmo Vrbovec. The wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels on yeast. It has a delicate aroma and taste with a hint of sherry. The wine is not filtered

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
