A softer and more aromatic face of Euphoria. Pure birch sap supplemented with rose flowers creates a non-alcoholic ferment that focuses mainly on aroma, freshness and lightness. The rose adds floral aromatics, but the resulting taste remains dry and clean. No rose syrup or overly sweet lemonade - more of an elegant and refreshing drink with a gentle acidity. Ideal as a non-alcoholic aperitif.

Honza Klimeš bottles natural birch sap around Bezděčín. To make it not "boring", he starts macerating products that you definitely don't expect in birch sap. The surprise is all the bigger and more delicious! The whole experience is enhanced by the absence of alcohol - yes, you read that right, we also like to drink something that has 0% alc. :-)
We recommend: when thirsty, just like that, when you're driving, while driving, in the morning when you're not feeling well.
