Minimalism that works. Pure birch sap and juicy yuzu, whose taste is somewhere between lemon, lime and grapefruit. Honza Klimeš bottles natural birch sap around Bezděčín. To make it not "boring", he starts macerating products that you definitely don't expect in birch sap. The surprise is all the bigger and more delicious! The whole experience is enhanced by the absence of alcohol - yes, you read that right, we also like to drink something that has 0% alc. :-)
We recommend: when thirsty, just like that, when you're driving, while driving, in the morning when you're not feeling well.
