Sylvan from Kobylí in a fuller, more mature form. Organically grown grapes, spontaneous fermentation and 12 months of maturation in oak barrels. The wine is dry and has 14% alcohol, so expect more structure and depth than a light summer white. In the glass it moves around ripe yellow fruit, herbs and a slightly spicy expression, which fits well with the character of Sylvan.
