white pét-nat made from Chardonnay and Grüner Veltliner from organically grown vineyards in Kobylí. Light, fresh bubbles that are made mainly for pleasure and quick drinking. The Chardonnay gives it a slightly fuller and creamier expression, while the Veltliner gives it freshness and juiciness. Expect citrus, yellow fruit, lively acidity and a pleasant effervescence that is not at all aggressive.
