Pure birch sap and aromatic bergamot. A simple combination in which the distinctive citrus gets enough space to show everything it can do. Bergamot brings a fresh citrus aroma, pleasant acidity and typical elegant bitterness. The fermented sap softens the whole combination and gives it lightness. Dry, aromatic and great properly chilled.

Honza Klimeš bottles natural birch sap around Bezděčín. To make it not "boring", he starts macerating products that you definitely don't expect in birch sap. The surprise is all the bigger and more delicious! The whole experience is enhanced by the absence of alcohol - yes, you read that right, we also like to drink something that has 0% alc. :-)
