Kambrium is a white cuvée of 60% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Riesling and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. A simple and well-composed white from the Znojmo region, which stands out primarily for its minerality and freshness. The wine fermented spontaneously and then matured in older French oak barrels. Without foreign yeasts, bacteria and other oenological additives, unfiltered. It is floral and mineral in aroma, fuller in taste, dry and clean with a dominant mineral line. Veltliner gives it a base and structure, Riesling freshness and Sauvignon a slightly aromatic side. It has 13.5% alcohol and a completely dry appearance with zero residual sugar.

Petr Nejedlík, together with his wife Andrea, are true pioneers of natural wines in the Czech Republic. Their vineyard is located in the Podyjí National Park and around Znojmo. You can taste the wines in their sandstone cellar in Nový Šaldorf.
At Dobrá Vinice, they work with stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, acacia barrels or Georgian qvevri buried in the ground.
